Joycore classes are a space to come home to your body. Grounded in nervous system regulation and somatic awareness, these classes invite you to explore and embody the archetypal energies through reflective journaling, guided somatic movement, and intentional rest. By sensing into the felt experience of what is emerging, we cultivate self-trust—allowing intuition, desire, and inner knowing to become integrated, grounded, and lived through the body.
Classes
Joycore Moves
a 60-minute playful movement practice designed to support your nervous system. We begin with a guided, Pilates-inspired warm-up, open into a dance party, and ground to close. This rhythm follows the body’s natural arc: activation, expression, and rest, helping you release built-up tension and return to a state of balance, ease, and (of course) joy. In addition to our online classes, join us for monthly IRL sessions in Chicago to move, breathe, and connect in community.
Joycore Meditate
a 30-minute guided meditation and journaling experience designed to help you reconnect with your body’s innate wisdom. Through gentle guidance and reflective prompts, you’ll be invited to slow down, notice what’s alive inside you, and translate sensation into insight. This practice builds the muscle of self-trust- the ability to meet yourself honestly, with curiosity and compassion, no matter what’s present. Each session is a soft landing back home to yourself.
Joycore Workshops
step into an immersive space where curiosity, embodiment, and inner wisdom meet. Joycore Workshops are designed to spark insight and connection through practices that blend somatic awareness, the Matrix of Destiny, core archetypes and other soulful modalities. Each gathering offers a fresh lens on what it means to live, move, and create from your core essence— anchored in Joycore’s philosophy of presence, play, and personal truth.
