Blending Pilates, somatics, dance, and meditation, each class invites you to move with intention, listen inward, and build strength, clarity, and connection from within.

Joycore Meditate
a 30-minute guided meditation and journaling experience designed to help you reconnect with your body’s innate wisdom. Through gentle guidance and reflective prompts, you’ll be invited to slow down, notice what’s alive inside you, and translate sensation into insight. Each session closes with a sound bath - a soft landing back home to yourself.
Joycore Moves
Your nervous system’s favorite workout, Joycore Moves is a somatic movement class that blends Pilates-inspired strength, nervous system regulation, and elements of dance.
Expect slow, controlled sequences that build strength, somatic practices that support regulation, and moments of movement that invite play. (When did working out get so serious?)
You’ll leave feeling more connected, lighter, and open.
